If you chose References, please provide the name, website and email address of at least two established providers whom you have seen within the past 6 months. Please include your P411 and well as one form of ID.

If you chose Employment Verification, please provide one of the following options:
Two forms of identification: passport, state ID, work ID or driver’s license
LinkedIn profile or company website & one form of ID

Emailing me from your corporate email is an ideal way of additionally confirming your identity. I may ask to see your ID once we meet. These are simply ways for me to confirm that I can trust you: as an independent provider I have the luxury of choosing to spend time with gentlemen who make me feel at ease and respect my rules. Making me feel comfortable will ensure that we both have a great time.

Once we’ve successfully scheduled our date, I can share my personal telephone number with you. If you wish, we can then confirm our date over the phone.

If you wish to further protect your privacy, please let me know and I will share an unlisted, encrypted email address that we can use for correspondence instead.

I handle all communication myself and treat it with utmost discretion and respect – your information will never be seen by anyone but me.
